1. The influence of casting structure: a. the wall thickness of the casting, the shortening rate is large, the wall of the casting is thin, the shortening rate is small. b. The rate of free shortening is higher than that of preventing shortening.
2. The influence of casting materials: a. the higher the carbon content in the material, the smaller the line shortening rate; the lower the carbon content, the greater the line shortening rate. b. For the casting shortening rate of common raw materials, LM is the cavity dimension and LJ is the casting dimension. K is affected by the following factors: wax pattern K1, casting structure K2, alloy type K3, pouring temperature K4.
3. The influence of mold making on the linear shortening rate of castings: a. the influence of wax injection temperature, wax injection pressure and holding time on the final dimension of investment mold is mainly wax injection temperature, followed by wax injection pressure, and holding time has little influence on the final dimension of investment mold. b. The linear shortening rate of wax (mold) is about 0.9-1.1%. c. When the investment pattern is registered, it will be further shortened, and the shortened value is about 10% of the total shortened amount. However, when the investment pattern is registered for 12 hours, the investment pattern size is basically stable.
4. The influence of shell material: Zircon sand, zircon powder, Shangdian sand and Shangdian powder are used, and the expansion coefficient is only 4.6 because of their small expansion coefficient × 10-6 / ℃, so it can be ignored.
